Keto Pizza Dough


  • 1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoons plain cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • olive oil cooking spray


  • Preheat oven to low broil
  • Melt the cheeses - Stir together the mozzarella and cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.  Stir the cheeses and heat them again for 30 sec to 1 minute until they are completely melted.
  • Add the dry ingredients - stir in almond flour, basil, oregano, and salt until well mixed and set aside to cool at room temperature (15-20 minutes)
  • Finish the dough - when mixture is cooled enough that it won’t cook the egg, mix in the egg until well blended and gather into a ball.
  • Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray.  place the dough on the sheet and press down firmly with fingers from center to form a disc.  Roll with roller to approximately 1/3" thick.
  • Broil the dough until golden brown (2-4 minutes) - Keep a close eye on it
  • Remove from oven and preheat to 425 degrees.
  • Add toppings of your choice and place back in oven for approximately 5 minutes until toppings are melted
